Writing a resume for Forever 21; sixteen years old, no previous job experience apart from babysitting. HELP!?

At age 16 you're not expected to have much work experience. Definitely put down that you've worked as a babysitter. You can embellish it a bit by saying something like: "I have been working after-school and on weekends as a babysitter, providing safe and loving care for neighborhood children. This work has taught me the importance of being reliable and trustworthy, providing quality service to my employers."
