Spray Tan?

Roughly how much are they? i understand they will vary for different ares but just to get a rough idea? Also does soemone do it or do you go in a room (Like Ross on Friends?) Do you exfoliate before hand, and how long will the tan last? How do you knwo what colour to choose to suit you? Thanks xx
