My parents wont do anything?

Today, im really upset because my parents wouldnt take me and my little brother to see the fireworks in my town. All i can see from my room are the faint loghts behind all the trees and one once in a while a big one but barely. This is kind of reacurring. My parents wont take me and my brother anywhere or do anything with us. Like one day i asked my mom to play a game outside with my brother, she said she had to clean so i was like okay. But when i went inside 5 minutes later she was playing on the computer. And my dad is always using his back as an exscuse when it hasnt hurt him for months. We dont ask them to do much. Only give us some attention once and a while. Please help what should i do???
