What is the best wheat beer you've tried. I am looking for a light bodied one to serve with oysters.?

I'm not sure matching a beer with oysters is an exact science, but if you are looking for a wheat beer - Heifeweizen is good. I'm not sure a wheat beer is a perfect match, so if you go with a more standard light beer, I would try Stella Artois, Pilsner Urquell, or Amstel Light.
