Theres no hot water in my flat. i opened up the fuse box and the switch had tripped. ?

I tried to switch this back on but there was a loud spark like noise like an explosition. all other switches are ok. The boiler is shared in a block of flats and I only have a hot water tank which is warm only at the top. theres is also a separate fuse switch. Should i call an electrician?
