Part of my foot is numb...what is going on? Help!?

I woke up this morning to find that my left foot on the left side near my pinkie toe, that large section is num band almost feels as if it isn't getting any circulation. Also, my back and neck hurt. I have tried maging my foot, etc. but it isn't doing anything. What could this be?
