Need help on this one regarding Ray Allen making 9 3-pointers?

I was told he tied the NBA record for most 3's in a playoff game. Who did he tie it with? My guess was Dennis Scott for the Magic back when Shaq was with Orlando. Don't know the year though. 1995, maybe?
