Do you know any wholesale clothing or shoes sold in bulk in LA, NY or Florida?

HI, i want to start a small clothing business here in sacramento and i know that LA , NY and Florida is the capitol of wholesale clothing and shoes. does anybody know of any businesses other than the garmet dist or the ads off the internet that i can get nice, fashionable clothing and shoes from pls. maybe a place that i missed. i researched a lot of businesses on the internet and got a few in mind that i like to use....but i want the best quality clothes and at the best rate for me so i can offer the same to my customers. any links or places that you might know is greatly appreciated. thanks
