Can anyone help me figure out how to make these earrings?

You can buy those little loop-chains at a craft supply or jewelry supply store. They are called jump rings. Or you could make your own. After buying your own wire and wire cutters, wind the wire around something round. I use a knitting needle just because I have plenty. Wind the wire around several times, as many jump rings that you need. Use some jewelry pliers to press the coils close together and then use the cutters to cut seperate rings, cutting them at the same general size. Use your jewelry pliers to bend one side of the ring sideways to get your other item joined and then close it again.
